Almost everyone knows Chinese brands of smartphones. These smartphones are known and loved
users, however, for some reason, when it comes to laptops, we start
winces. The time of low-grade Chinese goods is over and it’s time to get serious
refer to Chinese companies. In today’s review, I will talk about the Dere M12 laptop, which is a worthy

In total, let’s look at a 15.6” IPS display with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. Speak

High-speed
SSD performance has been tested using the most
common application CrystalDiskInfo 8.0.0. The test results of the SSD drive are shown on

In general, we can say that a drive is installed inside the device,
with average characteristics, while it is able to provide high
system performance.
As
already said before, Dere
M12 equipped
dual-band Wi-Fi module with Wi-Fi 6 support. The performance of this module
determined at home when connected to the global Internet on
tariff plan 100/50 Mbps. Mesh system is used as a router
TP Link Deco X20. In order to assess the quality of the Wi-Fi module, only
one TP-Link Deco X20 station, the location of which can be seen on
image below. The same image shows the points where
measurement was made. The area of the apartment is 80 square meters. Testing
performed both in the 2.4 GHz band and in the 5.0 GHz band.
Here
I want to make a small remark. Immediately after the device has been started
I had some difficulties with the operation of the Wi-Fi module. This manifested itself in
the laptop refused to see the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi network for a while, and when working with a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, it constantly (once every 20-40
seconds) lost connection and refused to reconnect to the network. This problem
I decided to reinstall the wireless module drivers. However, another problem remained. At a distance of 7-15 meters from the router, the signal level of the Wi-Fi network was very low, and as a result, the connection speed dropped to almost zero. Unfortunately, the test results can be called a failure. It’s probably private

I want to talk about the ability of this laptop to decode video files.
The power characteristics are quite enough to watch movies in the format
H.264 and the more modern H.265 format. Video from YouTube device
reproduces perfectly, and even video recorded in 4K format. Quality

Once
we are already talking about the quality of playback, I want to note quite decent
laptop speakers. They are moderately loud, and have a good
sound quality (for a laptop). Pretty good highs and mids.
Here I also want to note that the sound card driver required an update. Before
at this point during music playback, the speakers emitted intermittently
strange sounds.
Generally,
in my opinion, these difficulties are more related not to the device itself, but to the fact that
what Windows
11, which comes with this laptop by default, is not yet complete
optimized, and drivers sometimes become crooked.
What
regarding autonomy. A sufficiently capacious lithium-polymer battery is installed inside the laptop.

Justice
This statement has been empirically tested. The laptop had
YouTube video playback started, speaker volume set to
position 50% of power. In this mode, the laptop worked for about 7 hours.

years, if it fails, buy yourself a new, more modern device.
